When you’re following a certain diet, it’s easy to go back and make the same things over and over again because it’s easy and you do not have to think about it.  This is especially true for breakfast because it’s usually grabbing something while your headed out the door.  But for those of you following the Paleo or Whole 30 diet, we know this needs more thought and planning because it’s hard to find something so quick and go.  

These recipes are easy and can be made ahead of time!  I love to make big batches of things on Sunday to eat all week long.  It saves me time, but also keeps me on track!  Plus, all of these recipes make a great dinner too (and lunch)!  So, pick one today and make sure to tell us which one you choose!

I love casseroles.  They are so versatile and easy.  This one is filled with yummy foods to keep you satisfied and running past lunch!  The best thing about it is, use whatever you like!  Clean out the fridge on Friday and eat it all weekend long!!
