I thought I’d change the recipe round up a bit and instead of adding a bunch of recipes I just generally love, I thought I’d give you a whole meal worth of recipes (and it just so happens that I love them as well)! I’m always looking for new recipes and new opportunities to expose my kids to new flavors! And while most of the ingredients in these recipes are familiar to them, we don’t eat them a lot.
I love my instant pot. It’s so easy and clean up is even easier! But I get stuck in a rut. Chicken and pot roast are the main dishes I use it for, but it is so versatile! While the main dish in this weeks roundup isn’t exactly an authentic way to cook a seafood boil, it’s convenient and you don’t need to wait for a party to make this. This can be a simple weeknight meal! And the best part is, you can add or subtract whatever kind of seafood/sausage/veggies you would like! Dinner is done and it’s delicious!
Have I ever told you how much I love Chungah from Damn Delicious? Her recipes are awesome, but her photography of each dish is beautiful. I just love her and I love this easy and quick recipe! If you don’t have an instant pot, you could make this recipe in the oven and you won’t be sorry either way!
