As moms, we are forever trying out new products to find what fits best for our lifestyles.  We thought it would be fun to share a few of our current favorites with you!  Look for more of these posts in the future, and if you have a product or service you’d like us to include in these posts, get in touch via Instagram or Facebook & drop a comment!

Rothys

I’m pretty sure EVERYONE has heard the hype on these shoes by now, but not so many of you have jumped on them due to the steep price tag.  Well, we’re here to tell you that they’re 100% worth it!  Comfortable, durable, machine washable, and ADORABLE (Meghan Markle wore them several times in front of the press, so you know they’re on-trend), they are totally worth the price tag.  And even better?  They just released a kids line.  If you haven’t jumped yet, jump now.  They’re worth it and you won’t regret it.  You can also get $20 off using this link (but full disclosure, I also get a $20 credit!).

Eddie Bauer Split-Neck Dress

I guess I show my age when I say that I’m a huge fan of Eddie Bauer, but at this point I actually don’t care anymore.  I re-discovered this brand last fall when I was looking for warm hiking clothing, and now they’re my go-to for all clothes.  These guys have made a comeback in a big way and their lined flannel jeans were even featured in InStyle.  The clothing is inexpensive, high-quality, and washes well – three things that are hard to find from other brands.  Plus they make clothes for tall women!  This dress is an easy go-to for spring and summer and pairs super well with the Rothys above.  Plus, Eddie Bauer is pretty much constantly running 50% off sales, so the price isn’t what it seems.  Go grab one!

Scentsable Health Beatin’ Bugs Set

We moms are ALWAYS on the lookout for natural products that actually work the way they’re designed.  As a frequent hiker who regularly exposes herself and her children to ticks and mosquitoes, I had a particularly hard time finding effective bug spray that didn’t contain all kinds of horrible stuff.  Then I found THIS.  The Great Outdoors spray is an absolute miracle worker – it smells amazing (citronella and lemon grass) and it WORKS.  With spring quick approaching, it’s time to order!  Plus, added bonus, this entire business is run by a certified aromatherapist and local Cleveland mom!  Scentsable Health is dedicated to the SAFE use of essential oils (there are loads that aren’t kid safe) and even moderates a Facebook group for those who have questions.  It’s a really great resource for all moms!

Rareform

Still need a diaper bag but tired of carrying a diaper bag?  I found your solution.  Rareform bags are stylish with a hipster-cool look.  They’re made from recycled billboards and are big enough to cart around all the stuff you need for your kids as well as yourself.  I bought one of these a while back to test out as a diaper bag substitute, and I am never going back!  Added bonus that it’s a great bag for the beach, too!

Eco Egg

Have you heard about this product yet?  It sounds too good to be true, but I can assure you, it isn’t.  This egg not only cleans your clothing as good if not better than the leading detergent, it’s more eco-friendly and SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive.  Toss the egg into your washer and the ceramic pellets inside do the washing and stain fighting, dissolving slowly over time.  When they’re gone, just buy more!  Each egg comes with enough pellets for at least 210 loads.  That’s a YEAR of clean laundry for less than $20.  Who WOULD’T try this?!

Panda Planner

Mom life gets busy, especially mom life with two kids (and a third to land at any moment), a full-time job, and several side projects.  I realized that my digital calendars, while great, really aren’t cutting it when it comes to keeping organized, so I keep track of everything using an old-school planner.  I find that the act of physically writing things down and planning out the next day before the day even begins really helps me keep my head in the game.

Joking Hazard Game

This game may look kid-friendly, but it is NOT AT ALL!  If you’re a fan of Cards Against Humanity, this game is for you.  Think of it like CAH but amped up, and with pictures.  It’s insanely funny, inappropriate, and horrifying in all the same ways, but this game has pictures to go along with the words.  This ADULT ONLY party game came from the minds of Cyanide & Happiness, so if you’re a fan of that web comic, double down and grab this today!

Custom, Hand-Made Jewelry

Every mom deserves something that was made just for her.  If you missed my earlier post on our friendly neighborhood jeweler, now’s the time to check it out.  Then go check out Antrobus Designs in person, because this store has always been, and will always be, one of my favorite places.
